Project "Kavarna Sun"

Plot of land at the coast at the Black Sea in Bulgaria.

The main target of this project is to enable (young) families to afford an own house without the hassle of getting the adequate mortgage from a bank. Also these families should be enabled to enjoy their life at a beautiful place which combines several important parameters such as: safety in terms of crime, safety for their children, ease of access, own infrastructure for daily consumption, fun and finally good access to sports facilities and the surrounding villages and the places of employment and the entire infrastructure found there.
The single-family homes will be designed by an Italian architect even the concept itself is based on a German patent. The entire secret of the house is a photovoltaic solar installation on its roof. The magic which comes with it: The second floor (the roof floor) carries the solar installation and --- it follows the sun by revolving from east to west --- each 20 minutes the entire roof turns a little to follow the path of the sun. The crux of this clever design is self-explanatory: The house produces electrical energy !! And thus it pays off it`s own mortgage !
